Spare remote coded the same as your caller(s). Must be purchasing a caller or have a past order with us to purchase additional remotes.
All callers are shipped via UPS ground, unless another shipping option is selected by customer. Buying 2 day or overnight shipping will not bump your order to the top of the list. Orders are shipped in the order we receive them. While we will do our best to ensure your expedited caller is shipped as soon as possible, please note we do not guarantee it will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Please call us to ensure this is possible. A lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on our end.
The up-to-date caller turnaround time is on the top of the website, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Example of caller turn around time of 3 days: If purchased on a Monday the unit will ship by end of day Thursday.
